Services and Gatherings Suspended - letter from Dean Mike Sinclair

Today the Bishop's Commissary, Dean Mike Sinclair, announced that the Diocese of Qu'Appelle is suspending all services and gatherings effective immediately through December 13. The letter below provides more information.
